Account Deletion

Sign in to HonorBox, open Settings → Account → Privacy & Account Deletion, then tap Delete Account. Confirm the request to schedule permanent deletion. You may also email a deletion request to blanche04tj@gmail.com.

After you confirm Delete Account, HonorBox schedules permanent deletion for 7 days later and shows the scheduled date. Any successful sign-in before that date automatically cancels the pending voluntary deletion. If you still want deletion afterward, you must request Delete Account again. If you do not successfully sign in before the deadline, permanent deletion executes.

Canceling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. During the 7-day voluntary deletion grace period, your HonorBox software subscription relationship remains unchanged so a returning merchant can resume normally if deletion is canceled by sign-in. When permanent deletion executes, HonorBox cancels future HonorBox software subscription renewals as part of that lifecycle so the deleted merchant is not charged further renewals.

Where legally permissible, HonorBox deletes or minimizes account-specific operational content such as profile/business settings, catalog/inventory, Design Studio and branding assets, product/Honor QR images, expenses/receipt images where deletable, Business Advisor history, and ordinary preferences, and removes authentication access.

Some financial, security, or legal records may be retained in minimized form where needed for tax, accounting, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or regulatory obligations. Exact retention duration depends on those requirements. Retained records are not intended to function as an active merchant account. Permanent deletion cannot simply be undone.
